It will provide you with the basic notions of your Driver(s) which are the roots of your very unique talents. Getting to know yourself and creating the “perfect job of the moment” is a lifetime discovery journey and knowing your Drivers is key to this process. The Full UTC measures your Passions and Skills also (in addition to your Drivers). You will receive a Full UTC Report which is about 30 pages containing a drilldown on your Drivers and more indications about Passions and Skills in order to focus your Talent Discovery journey.
