Q: How can I do my UTC?

After completing the registration to our website, go to your personal profile page (icon top left). When you open your page you click the button "Basic" and then "new test" to code your Drivers only (5-8 minutes). Once you have completed the 48 quick questions, you can read your Report about your main driver. You can afterwards continue to code your Passions and Skills by clicking on the "Full" button. Or you can click straight away on the "Full" button and code your Drivers, Passions and Skills in one go (15-20 minutes). You will have access to your complete report for your Full UTC right after completing all the questions.

We have coded these building blocks of Talent to make it easier for you and others to communicate your unique talent portfolio. Once you have completed our Full UTC you will see it on your personal profile page. We think that since you are unique, there is no standard "job" that will really fits you. We invite you to find out which talents give you most satisfaction, so you can create the professional situation that allows you to use them and enhance your portfolio.

I can't run the Card Game in full screen on my iOS

Unfortunately, iOS 10.3, 11.2 and 11.3 doesn't allow content (like a video or canvas element) to take up the entire screen. So, if you are running iOS on your iPhone or iPad, please check the software version, and take a look at this technical update page to see if recent updates will allow you to run your game in fullscreen.

What is the difference between Basic and Full UTC?

The Basic UTC measures your Drivers only and the report explaining your main driver is straightforward and a quick read (5 minutes). It will provide you with the basic notions of your Driver(s) which are the roots of your very unique talents. Getting to know yourself and creating the "perfect job of the moment" is a lifetime discovery journey and knowing your Drivers is key to this process. The Full UTC measures your Passions and Skills also (in addition to your Drivers). You will receive a Full UTC Report which is about 30 pages containing a drilldown on your Drivers and more indications about Passions and Skills in order to focus your Talent Discovery journey.

Our Talent Coding Game has the goal to entertain you and to make you a acquainted with our concept of Talent. It has no scientific validity, and it is quite possible you get different outcomes depending on your mood of the moment or on the cards you casually receive. We expect you though to get similar outcomes if you play the game a number of times.
